By requesting a quote or making a booking through this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the booking service. You're welcome to call us instead to discuss your trip.

Prime Ride arranges chauffeur-driven transport using a fleet of executive vehicles from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi for airport transfers, business travel, and events. We connect you with a licensed, insured chauffeur for the trip you request.

The fare shown on the booking page is an estimate based on the trip details you provide, including live route distance where available. It is not a final charge.

Once you submit a booking request, a dispatcher confirms the exact fare with you by phone or email before your ride. We don't take payment through the website. Payment is arranged directly with our team.

You can request a change or cancellation by contacting us directly. We'll always try to accommodate changes where we can, but late changes, particularly on the day of travel, may not always be possible or may affect the fare.

Please provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details, and let us know about anything relevant to your trip in advance: extra luggage, a child seat, or a specific accessibility need.

You're responsible for your own conduct and that of your party during the ride, and for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear.

Every chauffeur is licensed, insured, and background-checked, and every vehicle in our fleet is maintained to the same standard regardless of trim. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we'll offer a comparable or upgraded replacement where possible.

We'll do our best to get you to your destination on time, but we're not liable for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control: traffic, weather, road closures, or similar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
